It is always up to the client as to whether he or she elects to disclose personally identifiable information to Lone Oak Trust Company, although if a client elects not to do so, the Company reserves the right not to register the client as a user or provide the client with any products or services.

In addition, Lone Oak Trust Company may have the occasion to collect non-personal anonymous demographic information, such as age, gender, household income, political affiliation, race and religion, as well as the types of browsers client use, IP addresses, or types of operating systems, which will assist Lone Oak Trust in providing and maintaining superior quality of service.

All users and visitors to the Company’s website have the option to discontinue receiving communications from Lone Oak Trust by way of email or newsletters.  To discontinue or unsubscribe from the website, an email should be sent to www.info@loneoaktrust.com.  If the client wishes to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party websites, the client must visit that specific website to unsubscribe or opt-out?  Lone Oak Trust will continue to adhere to this policy with respect to any personal information previously collected.

Lone Oak Trust Company’s website does not contain links to affiliate or other websites.  Lone Oak Trust does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites.  Therefore, the Company encourages all users and visitors to the website to be aware of when they leave the site, and to read the privacy statements of every website that collects personally identifiable information.
