Trust Administration

Lone Oak Trust Company manages and administers trust affairs in accordance with the terms of trust agreements and governing state trust laws. Clients may choose to have LOTC serve as trustee, agent, or custodian. Services include possession and custody of trust assets, management of trust assets, and periodic accounting statements related to trust activities.

Estate Administration

Lone Oak Trust Company can act as executor, co-executor, or personal representative in handling the details and duties of settling an estate. Services provided include opening the estate, collecting and appraising estate assets, managing claims against the estate, collecting claims due to the estate, settling tax liabilities (income, inheritance, and estate taxes), and distributing assets to estate beneficiaries.
